Summer - New London Playhouse, concerts, golfing, antiquing, boat cruises, Mt. Sunapee Chairlift, biking, fishing and country fairs. Enjoy our gardens, croquet, or lemonade under our apple tree by the brook.
Fall - Covered bridges over rock-filled streams. Pristine church steeples against blue skies. Experience every color nature has to offer. Hike Mt. Kearsarge for a truly spectacular view! Return to the inn for hot mulled cider and to warm by the fire. Snuggle up in an overstuffed chair with a good book in front of a crackling fireplace.
Winter - The Tavern Room windows glow with candlelight and the air is pungent with wood smoke. It is the kind of place that beckons you to hurry inside on a snowy night. The fireplaces blaze brightly and the candles cast flickering shadows.
Mt. Sunapee and Pat's Peak are all within minutes of the inn, snow shoe or cross country from the front door on our woodland trails. For the not-so-adventurous there's ice skating or a romantic sleigh ride nearby.
